SOVARA LIFE, LLC – FULL SERVICE AGREEMENT
This agreement is entered into between Sovara Life, LLC (“Company”) and the Client (“Client”).
1. Scope of Services: Sovara Life provides non-medical placenta preparation services including:
- Encapsulation (Raw Method and Traditional Chinese Method)
- Placenta powder preparation
- Placenta tinctures
- Umbilical cord keepsakes
- Related postpartum wellness products
These services are intended for personal, cultural, and wellness purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
2. Client Communication Requirement: Client agrees to contact Sovara Life immediately upon delivery of the baby to initiate pickup coordination. Contact us: 772-579-9645 (call/text required). Timely communication is essential for safe retrieval and processing.
3. Pickup Responsibility & Storage Conditions: Client acknowledges responsibility for ensuring proper storage of placenta prior to pickup.
Client agrees to:
- Notify hospital staff or care provider of intention to retain placenta
- Request proper refrigeration or storage according to facility protocol
- Ensure placenta is properly labeled and secured in provided Sovara Life kit (when applicable)
Sovara Life is not responsible for:
- Delays in hospital release
- Improper storage prior to pickup
- Mislabeling or loss prior to retrieval
Pickup is typically attempted within 1–3 hours of notification, but timing is not guaranteed and may vary based on hospital access, distance, and scheduling conditions.
4. Service Area: Services are provided primarily in: Port Saint Lucie, Tradition, Palm City, and Stuart, Florida. Travel outside these areas may incur additional fees.
5. Processing Environment: All materials are processed in a dedicated, sanitized, non-animal environment located in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.
6. Processing Time Disclaimer: Processing times are estimates only and may vary due to:
- Method selected (Raw or TCM)
- Volume of active orders
- Biological condition of placenta
- Environmental or operational delays
- No guaranteed completion time is provided.
7. Right to Refuse Service: Sovara Life reserves the right to refuse service if:
- Placenta is improperly stored or compromised
- Medical staff does not release placenta
- Safety or contamination risks are identified
- Required protocols are not followed
- If service is refused for safety reasons, a partial refund may be issued minus non-refundable kit or preparation costs.
8. Client Assumption of Risk & Waiver: Client acknowledges that placenta handling involves biological materials and potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens.
Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with collection, transport, and processing and releases Sovara Life, LLC from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Payment Terms & Refund Policy
- Full payment or deposit is required prior to service initiation
- Kit preparation and shipping fees are non-refundable once issued
- No refunds are granted once processing has begun
- Partial refunds may be granted only if services have not started and materials have not been prepared
10. Photography & Media Release (Optional)Client may grant permission for Sovara Life to photograph or record placenta materials and/or keepsakes for:
- Documentation
- Quality control
- Educational or marketing purposes
- Client may opt out ( must opt out during the checkout process)
11. Preparation Method Disclosure: Client understands:
- Raw Method does not follow standard food safety heating guidelines
- Traditional Method (TCM) includes steaming prior to dehydration
Client selects method voluntarily.
12. Force Majeure: Sovara Life is not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to:
- Weather events
- Hospital restrictions
- Transportation issues
- Equipment failure
- Emergencies or acts beyond reasonable control
13. No Medical Claims: Sovara Life does not provide medical advice or guarantees regarding outcomes of placenta consumption.
14. Agreement: By booking services, Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
