About Your Appointment
At Sovara Life, every ultrasound session is a special opportunity to bond with your baby and create lasting keepsakes. Our elective 2D, 3D, and 4D, ultrasounds are designed for fun and memories not medical diagnosis. We will help ensure a comfortable, enjoyable experience while capturing beautiful images of your little one.

Please do not schedule your ultrasound on the same day as your glucose test. After the sugar crash, baby often naps deeply, making it harder to get clear images or movement.
The best time for 3D/4D ultrasounds is between 27–32 weeks (or 24–26 weeks for multiple pregnancies).
After 35 weeks, baby’s size may limit visibility, but every pregnancy is unique, and we’ll always do our best to capture beautiful moments.
You can book as early as 16 weeks.
Sovara Life specializes in capturing natural and candid moments. We strive to create timeless and beautiful images that you will treasure for years to come.
If you are 6–18 weeks, please arrive with a full bladder. This helps improve visibility during early pregnancy ultrasounds.
A slightly active baby makes for a more engaging session! About 10–15 minutes before your appointment, drink 8 oz of cold apple or orange juice to gently wake baby up.
Avoid large meals beforehand; a light snack is best.
(We also offer small snacks, juice, or candy in-studio if needed.)
Proper hydration helps improve amniotic fluid, resulting in clearer, more detailed images.Avoid caffeine, as it can dehydrate you and reduce image clarity.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

- Bring a photo ID to every appointment.
- If you are under 18, a parent or guardian with ID must be present.
- You may bring up to 7 guests (Mom + 6). Children are welcome!
- Please ensure phones are turned off or on silent during your session.
- Unauthorized recording or photography is not allowed, as it can interfere with our ultrasound equipment and compromise privacy.
- Select packages include recordings, and you can always add a digital video or image package when booking.
- Every baby is unique, and every session is special.
- Even if baby is a little shy, we’ll do everything we can to create meaningful images.
- Sit back, relax, and enjoy the moment—your journey, beautifully seen.
- However, if satisfactory images cannot be obtained due to fetal position, limited visibility, or other uncontrollable circumstances,
- Sovara Life may offer one complimentary rescan at the discretion of the technician or studio management.
- Wear two-piece clothing—a loose-fitting top and comfortable bottoms—so we can easily access your belly during the scan.

Sovara Life offers both elective and diagnostic ultrasound imaging in Port St. Lucie, Florida. We proudly serve expecting families and patients across the Treasure Coast, including Jensen Beach, Palm City and Fort Pierce.
Our elective services include 2D, 3D, and 4D keepsake ultrasounds, gender determination, heartbeat recordings, and high-definition prenatal imaging for bonding and memory-making purposes.
Our diagnostic services are performed by RDMS-registered sonographers and require a physician order. All diagnostic exams are interpreted by a licensed radiologist, with reports sent to your referring provider. Diagnostic imaging is intended for medical evaluation and not for keepsake purposes.
Elective ultrasounds are non-diagnostic and intended for bonding and keepsake purposes only. All images and recordings from elective sessions are for personal use and not a substitute for professional medical care.
