Welcome to SOVARA HEALTH / SOVARA LIFE (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website https://sovaralife.com or booking any service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to both elective ultrasound services and diagnostic ultrasound services.

SOVARA LIFE offers two distinct categories of ultrasound services:

Elective ultrasounds are provided for bonding, keepsake, and entertainment purposes only.

You acknowledge:

• These services are not diagnostic
• No medical interpretation or diagnosis is provided
• These sessions do not replace prenatal care or medical testing
• Gender determination and imaging outcomes are not guaranteed
• Image quality depends on fetal position, gestational age, and maternal factors

Elective sessions are clearly separate from medical care and should not be used for clinical decision-making.

Diagnostic ultrasounds are medical imaging studies performed by ARDMS-certified sonographers and may be interpreted by a licensed radiologist when applicable.

You acknowledge:

• A valid provider order is required
• The exam is performed for medical evaluation purposes
• Results are sent to your ordering provider and/or patient per protocol
• SOVARA LIFE does not diagnose or treat medical conditions

All medical care decisions remain the responsibility of your healthcare provider.

You understand and agree that:

• Ultrasound imaging has natural limitations
• Results may be affected by fetal position, fluid levels, anatomy, and gestational age
• No guarantee is made regarding visibility, diagnostic findings, or image clarity
• SOVARA LIFE does not replace OB/GYN care, midwifery care, or medical treatment

You agree to seek all medical advice from a licensed healthcare provider.

• All appointments require a deposit or full payment at booking
• Deposits are applied toward service total
• Pricing is subject to change, but confirmed bookings are honored at the time of purchase
• All services are subject to availability

To maintain scheduling integrity:

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit deposit/payment
• No-shows will forfeit payment and may require full prepayment for future bookings
• Late arrivals may result in shortened or rescheduled sessions at staff discretion

All services are non-refundable once time is reserved or service is rendered.

Refunds are not issued for:

• Unsatisfactory imaging due to fetal or maternal conditions
• Inability to complete elective imaging goals (including gender determination)
• No-shows or late cancellations
• Client change of mind after service delivery

In limited elective cases, a complimentary rescan may be offered at management discretion.

For diagnostic ultrasounds:

• A valid provider order is required prior to service
• Failure to provide documentation may result in cancellation or rescheduling
• Clients are responsible for ensuring orders are submitted in advance

You agree to:

• Provide accurate medical and contact information
• Follow preparation instructions when given
• Attend follow-up care with your healthcare provider
• Understand the distinction between elective and diagnostic services

By booking, you consent to receive:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Service updates and follow-ups
• Administrative messages via SMS, email, or phone

Message/data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP.

All content including branding, images, videos, and website materials are owned by SOVARA LIFE and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:

• SOVARA LIFE is not responsible for medical decisions made without provider consultation
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted website or service availability
• Elective services are expressly non-diagnostic and not medically interpreted

We protect personal and health information in accordance with applicable privacy standards.

We do not sell or misuse personal data. Information is used only for:

• Scheduling
• Medical documentation (diagnostic services)
• Communication and billing

We may use third-party booking, payment, or communication platforms. We are not responsible for their independent policies or system failures.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
