Custom Jewelry

• Heartbeat jewelry pieces are custom-made using your unique recorded soundwave or heartbeat pattern.
• Due to the personalized nature of these items, all jewelry sales are final.
• Once design approval is confirmed, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be issued.
• Sovara Life is not responsible for variations in engraving, color, or metal finish due to supplier manufacturing differences.

Keepsake Products (Heartbeat Animals)

• All heartbeat keepsake sales are final and non-refundable.
• Each heartbeat animal includes a recordable sound module that is tested at the time of recording.
• Sovara Life is not responsible for damage, loss, or malfunction after the product has left the studio.
• Batteries may need to be replaced periodically to maintain playback quality.
• Clients are encouraged to handle keepsake products with care.
